In recent days we have received a significant number of complaints related to the theft of accounts ("kekos"). For this reason, as a management team we want to share some key recommendations to protect the security of your accounts and avoid falling into scams:
1.Never share your password.Your key is personal and non-transferable. Don't share it with anyone, not even people who pose as friends. Remember, you don't always know who's really behind an account.
2.Avoid downloading external programs.Do not install unofficial software that promises to modify the game or add functions. Many of these programs contain keyloggers or other malware types designed to steal your access data.
3.Old passwords.If you have the same password for a few years on your user, change it immediately.
4.Use a secure password.We recommend creating a password that contains a combination of capital letters, small letters and numbers (e.g.: Keko8901Lm). Avoid using personal data such as your name or date of birth.
5.Change your password regularly.This significantly improves the security of your account and hinders unauthorized access.
6.Administration and any staff member will never ask for your password.In the face of any suspicious contact I ask for personal data, report it immediately.
