Community Rules
( ! ) These rules only apply to www.boombang.tv (hereinafter BoomBang or Website).
( ! ) By logging into BoomBang you acknowledge that you accept our Community Rules.
( ! ) The game is not recommended for children under 13 years old.
( ! ) The use of the game is entirely the responsibility of the individual.
1. Game Usage
1.1. You are responsible for the confidentiality, security, and appropriate use of your username and password, and you agree not to disclose or make available to any other person your username and/or password, and not to allow anyone access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. You will be fully responsible for any breach of these rules carried out by any other person on your account, such as insults, scams, etc.
The following is strictly prohibited:
1.2. Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, or otherwise violating rights (such as the right to privacy, honor, personal image, or freedom of expression) of game users or people outside the community.
1.3. Providing direct download links to applications, programs, or executables (links must not be direct to the file or storage provider; links to official websites, download portals, or forums are allowed). If someone sends you a direct download link, be suspicious and report it to the moderators: it could be a virus.
1.4. Ignoring warnings and measures from the game's administrators and moderators. You can identify Administrators and Moderators because their profile card is yellow.
1.5. Impersonating another user.
1.6. Advertising other websites that are identical copies of BoomBang.
1.7. Accessing BoomBang from unofficial clients or modifying the game client without prior authorization from the Administrators. This includes mentioning such modifications or programs that help carry them out. This includes mentioning hidden parts of the game such as BoomBangKids, CheatEngine, Fiddler, or any program that can alter the normal functioning of the game.
1.8. Accessing another user's account without the owner's express authorization. Remember that whether your account is stolen or you give away your password, you will still be responsible for what happens on your account.
1.9. Accessing or attempting to gain access to BoomBang's operating system, equipment, networks, or databases, except with express written authorization from BoomBang. If while normally accessing the game you find any indication that something may have been compromised, you must urgently notify the Administrators. Failure to do so may be considered negligence or exploitation and could result in a sanction.
1.10. Buying or selling virtual game items for real money. This includes user accounts, items, and the game's virtual currency. Offering or requesting money, even without completing the transaction, is also grounds for sanctions. You could lose your account!
1.11. Sanctions, Deletion, and Account Ownership. BoomBang reserves the right of admission and the authority to suspend or restrict access to the service for breach of these rules. In the event that a user commits a serious violation resulting in a permanent sanction (permanent ban), BoomBang reserves the absolute right to irreversibly delete the account or, alternatively, claim exclusive ownership and take possession of the account and all its associated virtual assets.
2. Mini-game Rules (Ring, CocosLocos, Hidden Path, Battle Royale, Simon Says, and Ninja Path)
2.1. You commit to maintaining competitive behavior and respecting all players you compete with in each game session.
2.2. In each mini-game, each winning contestant or group of winning contestants will receive a prize that will be delivered instantly after the mini-game ends.
2.3. Monthly prizes will be awarded to those players who have achieved the most victories in each mini-game. Except for users who have violated these rules and have been disqualified.
The following anti-competitive behaviors, among others, are strictly prohibited:
2.5. Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, or threatening other players in any way.
2.6. (In Ring and Battle Royale) Engaging in 1 vs 2 or more duels.
3. Paid Services (Premium)
3.1. BoomBang offers certain services available on the Website whose use is subject to prior payment of certain charges, as indicated on the Website (for example, if you want to become a VIP User, with access to specific privileges). These paid services may include, at Boombang's discretion, among others, participation in certain competitions or contests, the provision of 'virtual furniture' or other virtual items or currencies.
3.2. BoomBang may offer you the possibility to purchase BoomBang credits to access and/or use said paid services, (hereinafter, 'Credits'), by following the steps established on the Website. BoomBang will make available various payment methods, either through PayPal, prepaid cards, or any other method BoomBang deems appropriate. The applicable prices for Credits are shown on the Website, depending on the payment method chosen, and include VAT and any other applicable tax. Once you have purchased Credits, they will be deducted from your user account as you acquire paid services.
3.3. The Credits you purchase for use on the Website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for real money. Neither are Credits obtained through the acquisition of virtual items redeemable for Credits (e.g., gold bars, coin bags, and/or gold, silver, or bronze coins). Requesting a payment refund will result in your permanent ban from the game.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. BoomBang is not responsible for the use you make of the Website, its contents, or Services. You agree to hold harmless and release from any liability BoomBang, its directors, or any employee belonging to BoomBang.
4.2. Conversations that Users carry out within the Service (whether within the Chat Room, the B-PAD, or any other area that forms part of the Service), including their content, may be recorded in our systems, together with other connection and traffic data, such as the IP address, and reviewed by us or our moderators, always for the purposes indicated in this paragraph, especially when a specific User reports to us, either directly or through our moderators, certain activities that may not be permitted in the Service. This measure is implemented for security reasons and for the prevention, investigation, discovery, and prosecution of crimes and violations, and is used in conjunction with a series of filters intended to prevent the commission of crimes or violations. At no point will Boombang use the information collected for purposes other than those expressed or communicate such information to third parties outside the Service. Said information will be used solely and exclusively when we reasonably believe that an alleged crime or violation may have been committed, and may, where applicable, be brought to the attention of the authorities and state security forces. All such data and information will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the security measures that Boombang has implemented to prevent its loss, alteration, or unauthorized access, in compliance with applicable legislation. THEREFORE, THE USER EXPRESSLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO BOOMBANG RECORDING THEIR CONVERSATIONS WITHIN ITS SERVICE IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED AND FOR THE PURPOSES INDICATED.
4.3. The Credits you purchase for use on the Website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for real money. Neither are Credits obtained through the acquisition of virtual items redeemable for Credits (e.g., gold bars, coin bags, and/or gold, silver, or bronze coins).
