Creo que no se puede, o al menos eso pienso, nunca he visto un perfil con el fondo blanco cambiado.

@Wilfre ¿cómo se quitan los apartados? acabo de entrar a tu perfil a ver el fondo por curiosidad y he visto que solo tienes el about me

Añadiendo comandos como #profile_left, #up_other_info, #footer

Te dejo un ejemplo de tu codigo de custom de perfil con esos comandos, quita algunos de ellos si quieres.
