If you are insulted and / or harassed by the BoomBang chat, you can quickly report from the same game and receive help instantly.

Tell the user you want to report and press the police car.
When you send the complaint, the next box will appear.

In real time, an administrator / moderator will review the situation and determine whether the reported user deserves a sanction or not.
If the complaint is rejected, you will be notified indicating that the reported user has not violated any community rule.
If the complaint is approved, you will be informed that action was taken against the user.
If the complaint is answered in a pending state, he shall be kept informed of the decision taken at a later date.

Misuse of this tool (false and / or repeated complaints) will be a ground for punishment for those who issue them.
