Since the implementation of the complaints system from the user file, we have noticed a considerable increase in the number of reports received. This tool was created with the intention of strengthening security, respect and healthy coexistence within the community, facilitating the reporting of inappropriate behaviour in a more accessible and direct way.
However, we have found that a significant number of these allegations are false, lack evidence or are not properly substantiated. We remind all users that misusing this function not only hinders our work of moderation, but can also have unfair consequences for other members.
From now on, the repeated and unjustified use of the complaint system without clear grounds or concrete evidence may result in sanctions for those involved in this practice. We invite everyone to use this tool responsibly, seriously and always with the support of tests when possible.

- Use insults, denigrating language or exercise verbal violence against other users.
- Unintentional charges or no evidence.
- To participate in harassment of any member of the community.
- intentionally creating conflict between members of the community.
- To generate rumors or spread false information to harm others.
- To promote intolerant or discriminatory attitudes towards any group, ethnicity, nationality, or conditions a person has.
