Bought bronze 4 days ago still didn't recieve

   I bought $50 dollars of credits on feburary 23th for double credits and still have not recieved my bronze, its not feburary 27th.. Can someone fix this? Rober or Fran or something like jesus this is crazy. heres my receipt. My BB name is "Ninja-muffinz"
